LURGAN.
FREEHOLD PROPERTY FOR
SALE.
To be Sold by Private Contract,
The Interest in that Old Established Concern in the Main Street of Lurgan, formerly in the possession of the late MR. JOHN CUMMINS, and now occupied, (under a short tenure) in a first-rate Grocery and Spirit Trade by the MESSRS. YOUNG ; together with that in a small Tenement in the Castle-Lane.  The entire are held under a Lease of Lives Renewable for ever, and produce a Profit Rent of about £23 per annum.
  The Premise first named being situated exactly in the centre of a Market among the very best in the North of Ireland, presents to a purchaser an opportunity rarely to be met with.
  For particulars as to Title, &c., apply (if by letter, pre-paid,) before the 1st February next, to MR. HENRY SCOTT, the proprietor, Antrim.

At Lurgan, on Saturday, 5th Inst. in the 80th year of his age, Mr. Patrick Magee, Auctioneer.

  These Premises would suit any person in the Manufacturing line, as there is abundance of Water for that purpose.

DIED.
At Lurgan, on Sunday, 30th ult., much and deservedly regretted, in the 17th year of his age, Mr. Stewart Beattie, second son of Mr. Stewart Beattie, of Ballykeel  Ednagonnell, Parish of Hillsborough.
