Tenement in Lurgan,
HELD FOR LIVES RENEWABLE FOR EVER.
On Saturday, the 20th day of October, 1849, at the hour of one o'clock, afternoon, at the House of
        MR. JONATHAN BLACK, INNKEEPER, LURGAN, ALL THAT AND THOSE, That Tenement and Premises in said Town of Lurgan, the property of MR. JONATHAN BLACK, formerly in the possession of MR. ARTHUR KELLY, and now in the occupation of MR. JOHN ROSS, held for Lives renewable for ever, and producing a well secured Yearly Rent of £7 7s. Sterling.
  Further particulars may be ascertained on application to MR. HAZLETT, Solicitor, at his Office, Lurgan.
