The Lanark Era OBIT Mrs. Michael Tierney. She was born Mary Corkery, the daughter of the late Michael Corkery, of Ramsay, in the city of Cork, Ireland, in 1818. She came to this country with her parents in 1823 and married Mr. Tierney, of the 12th. Conc. Lanark Twp. where she has lived for over 54 years.--Gazette |
