The Lanark Era In British Columbia, last week, John Murphy, a native of Ireland was murdered and robbed of $400. A former resident of Perth, he has three sisters, Mrs. Thos. Hartney, and Mrs. Peter McCann, of Perth, and one sister somewhere in the USA. He had at one time been caretaker of St. John's church in Perth. |
