THE MURDER OF MISS HINDS.

There is a hope – perhaps but a vague one – that justice has at length overtaken the parties implicated in the brutal murder of Miss Hinds. In the Mail of last night it is stated that several men are now lodged in Cavan Gaol, charged with being concerned in the midday butchery. They are, it seems, with one exception, tenants on the estate of the victim. A man named James Murphy, from the county of Leitrim, is accused as a principal, and one Thomas Dunn is charged as being the chief conspirator and concoctor [sic] of the diabolical plot.
