DEATH OF MR. TRAIL HALL, K.C.

This gentleman, who was Chairman of the County of Cavan, died this morning at his residence in this city. Mr. HALL was a moderate Conservative in politics, and was highly regarded in private life. This, I believe, is the seventh or eighth County Chairmanship which has become vacant since the present Government came into office. It is rumoured that Mr. Anthony WILLS will be appointed to the county of Cavan.
