The Limerick Reporter & Tipperary Vindicator, 2 December 1862

We understand that the eldest son of the late Mr. Maurice Hurley, is a candidate for the situation which his father held under the Market Trustees ; and we have every hope the Trustees will take into consideration the claims which this young man possess on their benevolence. We learn that he is in every respect qualified.
Bridget Loughnane has been sent to gaol for one month for striking a man named Dennizon, whose daughter was about getting married to Bridget Loughnane's brother, in the Catholic Church of Nenagh. In consequence of this outrage, Mass has not been celebrated for the last week in that Church.
