By virtue of his Majesty's writ of Fieri Facias, to me in this cause directed, I will on Saturday the 7th day of September next, at the Hour of 12 o'Clock at noon, in the New County Court- House, Limerick, set up and sell by Public Cant, to the highest and fairest bidder, the Interest which said Timothy Ahern had in the lands of DUNKIP—of which all persons concerned are to take notice —Dated this 28th of August, 1816.

   These Lands were let in 1788 for a term of 31 years, at the Yearly Rent of 1l. 10s. per acre, and are of the best description of Meadow, Fattening, and Tillage Lands.

   SINGULAR OCCURRENCE.—Mr. Cudmore, on Sunday last, shot and killed a scull [sic] of fish in Mulenir River, and killed forty of them—This we have from a gentleman who was a witness.

   Last Tuesday, the Stables of John Kennedy, Esq. near Newcastle, was broke open and robbed of saddles, bridles, &c.

   Sunday morning a fine boy fell off the Custom-house Quay into the river, and certainly would have perished only for Daniel Shaughnessy, book maker, who at the risque [sic] of his life, recovered the child after he sunk thrice.

   Mr. Sadler is to ascend in his balloon at one o'clock on Monday next, from the square in front of the barracks in Cork.
   Saturday night at nine o'Clock, Timothy Lyons, a farmer, from the neighbourhood of Bantry, was stopt in the Irishtown by three fellows, knocked down and robbed of his hat, a purse containing 20 ten-penny pieces, and a snuff box ; one of them, named Timothy Conners, identified by Lyons, was apprehended next morning by Mr. Stephens, High Constable, and lodged in the City Jail by Alderman Morony.

   Earl Clare has left London for Lord Gwyder's seat Grimsthorpe Castle, near Stanford, Lincolnshire.

   In Dublin, the Lady of Daniel O'Connell, Esq., of a son.

MARRIED.
   At Westminster, the Hon. John Perceval, eldest son of Lord Arden to the Right Hon. Lady Eliza Anne Brudenell, eldest daughter of the Earl of Cardigan.

DIED.
   In Galway, Walter Blake, Esq., son of the late Sir Walter Blake, Bart. and uncle to the Representative for Galway.
   In Mary-street, Mr. H. Garton, late Clerk of the Cathedral.
   At Tramore, on Thursday, aged 76, Alderman Robert Lyon, late Mayor of Waterford.
   This morning, at Shannon View near this City, in the bloom of life, Mary, second daughter of John Kennedy, Esq., Banker, a young Lady whose many and amiable dispositions shewed a pure heart and a spotless mind. All those who had the pleasure of knowing her share, with sincerity, in the sorrows of her afflicted family and the only solace they now have is that her pure and virtuous soul has winged its way to a better and more lasting World.
