FATAL FALL FROM A CART.
Coroner Horgan held an inquest at Cork on the body of Philip Ahern (60), of Freemount, Co. Cork.
The evidence showed that Ahern fell off his cart while returning home from Kanturk, and injured his neck, which caused general paralysis.
A verdict was returned that death was due to injuries caused by an accidental fall from a cart.
