| The execution of John Kerns and Bridget Burke, for robbing
the house of Lord Baltinglass, is respited until the 15th day of April. |
| FRIDAY, March 10th.] At night, the
Serviceable of Liverpoole, — Terry, master, was forced ashore at King's Bay,
Waterford, in a violent gale of wind; but it is thought she will be got off
without much damage. |
| 15th.] At night, some villains attempted to break into the
house of Mathew Weld, Esq; at Hollywood, but the family being alarmed, they made
off without accomplishing their design. |
| 17th.] At night, an officer was attacked on Queen's-
bridge by five footpads, one of whom he shot, (who was carried off by his
companions) took another prisoner, and probably would have secured them all, had
not his second pistol missed fire. The rogues left behind them a cleaver, a
poker, and a knife. |
| 19th.] At night, three chimney-sweepers were lodged in St.
Mary's watch-house, for attempting to rob Mr. Chalk, as he was passing thro'
Mary's-lane. |
| 20th.] At night, Mr. Sheriff Dunn, attended by some
citizens, visited all the suspicious places through the whole city, and also in
the Earl of Meath's Liberty, when Robert Leonard, William Trevor, Thomas Salmon,
John Kelly, William Sturgeon and John M'Donagh, were lodged in Newgate. |
| Mr. James Wilder sailed in the Sandwich packet for
Holyhead ; and Mess. Macartney and Morgan arrived from thence in the Trevor
packet. |

| 21st.] Col. Skye, Miss Thompson, Mess. Harrison, Smyte,
and Blair, sailed in the Besborough packet for Holyhead. |
| The right hon, the Earl of Tyrone, and the right hon. John
Berresford, arrived from Holyhead in the Trevor packet. |
| A coachman fell off the coach-box on the Inn's-quay, and
broke his leg. |
| Since Friday last 18 colliers arrived with coals ;
notwithstanding this supply the humane dealers in that commmodity keep up the
price to 26s. per ton. |
| MARRIED.] At Youghall, Mr. Wm. Jameson William, merchant,
to Miss Hannah Farren, daughter of the late alderman Farren, of Corke. |

co. Leitrim, Esq.—At Leixlip, Mr. Marston.—At Corke, the wife of Mr. Bryan
Smyth, sadler ; and the widow Grasly.—At Moorstown, the rev. Mr. John
Bradshaw, vicar of Suden in the diocese of Meath.—At his seat at Grangemellon,
co. Kildare, greatly regretted, John St. Leger, Esq., member for the borough of
Athy.—In Hoey's-court, the widow Savage.—In Christ-church-lane, Mrs. Clinch,
