The Freeholder, 28 June 1814
Two of the Market Jury, Messrs. Bagley and Hegarty, committed to Bridewell last week, a fellow named Goggin, for striking a man with a fish, because he would not pay the price he demanded. The insolence and abuse of these miscreants is often intolerable, and we trust this act will operate as a terror upon them.
