To John James Fitzgerald, Esq., Vice Provost of the town and borough of Ennis.
Sir,
We the undersigned, request you will convene a meeting of the Inhabitants of the town and vicinity of Ennis to take into consideration the propriety of a Petition to Parliament for a repeal of the window tax
Thomas Crowe, Robert Kean, Cs., William H. Stacpoole, Matthew O'Brien, Francis Swyny, Robert Kean, Andrew Kerin, Pat Mahon, John R. McGrath, H. E. Keane, Edmund Haire, E. Macgrath, M.D., John B. Knox, Richard Scott, William Finucane, Thomas Ivers, Andrew Castle and Marcus Bolton.
Pursuant to the above Requisition I hereby require a meeting of the Inhabitants of the Town and vicinity, the courthouse of Ennis, on Friday the 5th of April Instant, at the hour of 12 o'clock for the purpose above mentioned.
