the House and about 24 acres of the Demesne of Marino, situate on the best and safest part of the Miltown Coast for sea-bathing, and possessing many local and peculiar advantages.

That part of the lands of Dromclift held by Patrick Purcell and Partners, containing 17A 1R 26P with good houses thereon.
Also that part of Drumclift, held by Mr. Mich. Cullinan, containing 63A 1R 8P, in two divisions, with a good house and offices thereon.
and also, that part of Dromclift, containing 17 acres, joining the River of Lifford, with a good large slated house thereon, capable of being converted into a grist or tuck mill, or a good dwelling house, it being on the former Mill stream. - all within fifteen minutes walk of Ennis. ........

the following lands, part of Tierviclane, the estate of Peter Woulfe, Esq.
Ballymacreegan, containing 48 acres.
Lissnakella, containing 20 acres.
Loughane, containing 10 acres.
The superior quality of those lands is so well known that encomium is unnecessary.
Proposals, in writing, to be made to Denis Thomas O'Brien, Esq., Dublin, and Thos. Steele, Esq., Cullane Castle.

The creditors of Mr. Furnell are informed ..... he requests they will continue to furnish Mr. O'Regan with the nature and amount of their claims ........ Ballyseeda, Dec 23, 1806.

Burglary and Robbery
Whereas on the night of Friday, the 6th inst., three villains, armed with pistols, burglariously entered my dwelling, at Scagh, in the parish of Dysert, and County of Clare, and after firing different shots, plundered me of 81 guineas of gold; 7 guineas in banknotes; Edmund Kenny's promissory note to Patrick Tuttle for £51 19s 3d; Edm. Greene Mahon's ditto to same for £50; and Daniel Halloran's ditto to John Tuttle for £6 5s 1.5 (one and a half) d. - I will pay a reward of ten guineas for such information as shall lead to the discovery and conviction of any or either of the villains concerned in this felony. - Given under my hand at Scagh, this 9th day of February, 1807.
